As the Player, you are Mage Shroom, a powerful source of power summoned by the Mother Shroom (The Big Blue Mushroom). As your sorcerer, you must protect Her at all costs or else, the forest will decay. Prevent being touched by the waves of virus-blobs and kill them to prevent them from spreading. Their sole purpose is to kill Mother Shroom. Fortunately, To survive, explore the world, pick up flowers to heal, pick up bushes to enhance your Mother Shroom, and pick up shrooms to enhance yourself.

Envisioning Shroom Mage
When starting a project, one can dream big. However dreaming is a double edge sword. It can take you places, but it can also keep you from going to places. Dreams can make visions come true, but they can also make visions impossible to come true. That is why I always try to have multiple dreams. Small dreams that I know will come true, medium sized dreams that I know with hard work can come true (it best to have multiple of them so that in the future you can take different paths). And finally, big dreams that you know might not come true but with enough time and work they might.
In this slides, you will first find my small dream come true. A small game, with simple mechanics with a simple gameloop. From this gameloop I could have added more art, more UI, and a bit more gameplay and I could have had a game. But I had bigger and multiple dreams in mind. So by exploring one path ("The World Expansion"), I was able to find a merge between my two dreams, but starting small making sure I have the right foundations.
